WBE Canada’s 2026 Awards: Recognizing Excellence, Advancing Opportunity

August 13, 2026

WBE Canada’s Annual Awards of Excellence celebrate the outstanding individuals and organizations advancing inclusive procurement and supplier diversity across Canada. These prestigious awards recognize women entrepreneurs, corporations, and champions of supplier inclusion who are creating meaningful opportunities for women-owned businesses within corporate and government supply chains, both nationally and internationally.

The Awards of Excellence recognize leadership, innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to building a more inclusive economy. They honour those driving lasting change by expanding equitable access to procurement opportunities, strengthening Canada’s trade ecosystem, and setting a standard of excellence that inspires others.

Being named a WBE Canada Awards of Excellence recipient is more than an accolade—it is a powerful endorsement of an individual’s or organization’s impact and leadership. The honour enhances credibility, elevates brand reputation, increases visibility, and creates opportunities to build new business relationships while inspiring others across the WBE Canada community and beyond.

As WBE Canada continues to connect women-owned businesses with supply chains, the Awards of Excellence remain a symbol of achievement and progress. This year’s nominees, finalists, and winners demonstrate that together we are moving the conversation from evidence to execution—creating meaningful opportunities, driving innovation, and contributing to a stronger, more competitive Canadian economy.

This year’s Awards categories include: WBE Rising Star; Top WBE Supplier, Top WBE Exporter, WBE Leadership. Top Corporation, Inclusive Procurement Leader and Award of Distinction.  We encourage you to be part of the celebration and the impact Canada’s women entrepreneurs, our public and private organizations, and our partners are making in Canada’s economic agenda.

Nominations are being accepted until September 18, 2026. Details and submission guidelines are available on our official conference website: www.wbeconference.ca/
