The CIBC Biz Pitch Competition™, presented by CIBC Business Banking and WEKH (Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub), is a national competition that celebrates Canadian entrepreneurs at every stage of business, from student innovators and start-ups to established business owners. The applications for the competition closed on August 31, 2026.
On October 20, 2026, the excitement continues at the virtual CIBC Biz Pitch Competition™ Live Event where this year’s 9 finalists will present their ideas, stories, and ambitions in front of CIBC executives and attendees, showcasing the innovation and determination driving Canadian entrepreneurship today.
The competition gives finalists the opportunity to pitch live, gain national recognition, and compete for a share of $45,000 CA in total cash prizes, and gives the live viewers an option to vote for their favorite finalist.
