Scaling is often discussed as a natural next step for a business, but in practice it involves a series of thoughtful decisions—each with real trade-offs. In this one-hour webinar, Meg Gassanov will explore how to approach scaling as a deliberate choice, drawing on both experience and ongoing learning.
The session will focus on key considerations that can help business owners assess whether scaling makes sense for them right now, the different ways growth can take shape, and how to think through the implications of those choices for capacity, sustainability, and long-term goals. Designed for businesses at a range of stages, this session offers a practical, reflective space to think through growth decisions without assuming that bigger is always better.
