Dr. Georgette Zinaty is President of Women Business Enterprises (WBE) Canada, leading national efforts to connect certified women-owned businesses to procurement opportunities and drive supplier diversity. A recognized thought leader, Forbes contributor, and global keynote speaker, Dr. Zinaty is renowned for her expertise in business transformation, innovation, and the integration of AI and data-driven strategies. She has founded Women Helping Empower Women (WHEW!) and DGZ Capital, and serves as Senior Advisor to Nobellum and on the Board of Advisors for ELLA at York University. Honoured with numerous awards, Dr. Zinaty is committed to empowering women, fostering inclusive innovation, and advancing leadership. She also teaches at Western University and Rotman, shaping the next generation of business leaders.

Lily Alameh is an economist based in Montréal, specializing in macroeconomic analysis and regional economic trends across Canada. She focuses on economic outlooks, regional analyses, and briefing materials that support strategic planning and inform senior leadership. Her recent work includes developing data-driven insights for economic reporting and supporting research on Canadian provincial economies.

Tania Saba is Founder and Chairholder of the BMO Chair in Diversity and Governance and Full Professor at the School of Industrial Relations at the Université de Montréal. Her areas of expertise include diversity management, workforce aging, intergenerational value differences, transformations in the organization of work, and future skills. Her contributions have been recognized through several distinctions. She received the Gérard-Dion Award in 2021 from the Canadian Industrial Relations Association, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of industrial relations. In 2025, she was awarded the Mérite Award and the Rémi-Quirion–OBVIA Award for excellence in research and societal engagement.
Tania collaborates on major research projects with public and private organizations on issues related to labor market integration and the adaptation of underrepresented groups. In 2025, she was appointed Co-Chair of the Canadian delegation to the Women 20 (W20), an engagement group of the G20 that promotes gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.
Tania Saba leads the Québec and Francophone Communities Hub within the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (WEKH) project led by the Diversity Institute, where she also serves on the advisory board. She is a founding member of OSMET, Director for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and a member of the executive committee of OBVIA. She is also a member of the management committee of CRI-JaDE and an affiliate member of the Future Skills Centre, IVADO, CÉRIUM, and CRIMT.
