Lucie Pimentel – Director, Global Procurement, RBC Technology & Operations
Lucie has extensive procurement experience, supporting multiple RBC business lines over the past 10 years. Her team specializes in Technology and Operations procurement supporting Global Security and Digital globally.
Lucie has worked in the financial services and insurance sectors throughout her career setting strategy and leading diverse teams in business operations, call centres, project management, supplier management and business and process reengineering. During her career, she has lead teams through multiple business startups, M&A transactions, technology system designs, implementation and business integration. Through her many philanthropic experiences, she has served on the Board for the Learning Disabilities Association, participated in pro-bono consulting programs, speaks at TMU inspiring Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst entrepreneurs and has served as a committee member for Women in Leadership, Race for Kids Mental Health, and Diversity & Inclusion programs to name a few. Lucie is currently a Board Member serving ErinoakKids Centre for Learning and Development. Lucie is a change champion at heart and has a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.

Jessica is a strategic and inclusive leader with over 20 years in global financial services, driving equity, talent, and inclusion strategies.
At RBC, she leads the global supplier inclusion strategy, building partnerships that fuel economic inclusion.
As a champion for economic empowerment, Jessica serves on the board of the Canadian Queer Chamber of Commerce (CQCC) and volunteers with Tropicana Community Services (TCS).
