Hans leads the development and execution of the Sustainable Procurement strategy for Manulife. As a sustainability professional with multiple years of experience in supply chain sustainability, sustainability reporting and vendor engagement, he is passionate in supporting Manulife Procurement’s sustainability goals in achieving an ethical, sustainable, and responsible supply chain by building a robust supplier selection and engagement program. Previously, Hans was a supplier engagement expert and a sustainability analyst at a sustainability ratings agency, where he constantly engaged vendors in deep dive sessions to analyze and understand the sustainability best practices within each supplier’s industry.
