Andrea McLeod, Sustainable Procurement Consultant
Andrea has worked in the sustainability field for over 20 years in a variety of progressive roles. Currently, she is in the role of Sustainable Procurement Consultant at the City of Mississauga where she works to advance the integration of social, environmental and Indigenous priorities into procurements. She is a certified in Project Management and Change Management, holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto.

Victoria Mirlocca, Manager of Procurement Services
Victoria is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience in procurement, construction, dispute resolution, and contract management. Currently the Manager, Procurement Services with the City of Mississauga, she also serves as Chair of the Board for the Ontario Public Buyers Association (OPBA), where she leads national collaboration efforts and promotes professional development within the public procurement community. Victoria holds multiple industry designations, including CPPB, NIGP-CPP, C.Mgr, CPPB, C.I.M., and Q.Arb.
