The session will also include an overview of broader business growth resources available to women entrepreneurs, including the Women Entrepreneurs Hub and others. This session is intended to help participants better understand the CIBC ecosystem and identify relevant points of access for their business growth journey.
Sandra M. Riano is a strategic leader with more than 15 years of combined experience in supplier diversity, strategic planning, marketing communications, and program development. At CIBC, she leads the design and execution of strategies and initiatives that increase the representation and participation of diverse suppliers, helping build a more inclusive, innovative, and collaborative business ecosystem. She brings a practical, results-focused perspective on building inclusive supply chains and advancing supplier diversity.
Karan Anand is a strategic, results-driven leader with more than 14 years of experience across banking, private equity, venture capital, industrial real estate, renewables, and insurance. In his current role as Segment Owner, Business Banking at CIBC, he leads niche segment strategy, develops specialized programs, and executes targeted offers to support client acquisition and retention.
Ranjana Loomba is a strategic and results-driven marketing and business leader with deep experience in financial services, client engagement, lead generation, and cross-functional leadership. She currently serves as Director, Marketing Programs and Client Communication at CIBC Business Banking, where she leads national marketing strategy and campaigns that support deposit growth, lending, GICs, and partner products. She also drives lead strategy and segmentation, oversees employee and leadership communications, and partners across analytics, product, design, public relations, and sales enablement to enhance client experience and business performance.
Linda Pereira is the Senior Director, Procurement Centralized Contract Services Group at CIBC, where she leads strategy and operations across legal support, contract management, the RFX centre of excellence, supplier diversity, communications, and learning and development. Linda started her career at CIBC in 2008. She has a passion for leadership, strategic thinking, and dedication to driving value.
Her focus is on Procurement operations, strengthening risk management practices, and enhancing team performance.
Linda serves as a key escalation point for third-party contracting matters, working closely with internal stakeholders, CIBC Legal, business partners, and suppliers to mitigate risk, support compliance, and drive value. Recognized for her collaborative leadership and negotiation expertise, Linda brings deep experience in managing complex contractual issues and enabling effective procurement outcomes.
Robbie Eddison is Director of Procurement, Technology and Security at CIBC, with deep expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and technology and security procurement. Over her six years at CIBC, she has led major sourcing initiatives, supported high-value programs, strengthened key partner relationships, and now manages people while continuing to foster collaboration and team development.
Prior to joining CIBC, Robbie led service delivery teams focused on strategic goals, cross-functional collaboration, and value-driven outcomes. She brings extensive experience in technology asset management, contract optimization, audit defense, and people leadership, with a strong track record of helping organizations navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
On a personal note, Robbie enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and is passionate about weightlifting.
